Bellevue beach only 5 minutes walk from Klampenborg Station near Bakken. The beach is 700 meters of sandy shoreline behind which is a small park with trees. It’s a great choice on really warm days because of the welcoming shade provided by the trees. There are plenty of facilities including toilets, fresh water showers and a small café.

On the opposite side of the road from the beach is Skovfogedegen, a beautiful old tree. The tree is over 800 years old and started life at around the same time that Copenhagen was founded. The tree is completely hollow in the centre.
