The perfect indoor play area for miniature pirates! The children’s museum at the Orlogsmuseet (Maritime Museum) is a space where kids of all ages can explore a child size pirate ship, small boats and ‘on shore’ huts containing treasure, food stores and cannon balls. It’s a wonderful small space where kids can really run wild, while learning about what it was like to sail the seven seas in bygone days. The rest of the museum is filled with canons, model boats and even the interior of a Submarine. Bring a packed lunch and you can eat in the lunch room which also happens to be the Cannon Room.

If your little sailor has ordered a Pirate party then this is the place for you! Tall tales told by a pirate in full costume, dressing up and a hunt for ‘Captain Laforcadas’ hidden treasure! The treasure hunt takes the children around the whole museum while the rest of the party is based in the Gun Cellar where you can bring your own food and drink. (Available in English.).
